If an order with us needs to be discontinued for any reason, you will be required to contact us immediately if it has been purchased directly from our team.

Products must be returned as they were delivered and boxed or sufficiently protected for transport to our workshop.

After we have contacted and reviewed the request, we will determine the viability of the return and respond within 7 working days.

Authorization for a return will be based on the criteria listed above and a careful understanding of the problem, cause of damage, quality of the product, or reason for the return.

Cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed.
