Our designs evolve over time and there may be some variation in angles, elements, the material used, etc. compared to what is seen online.

Each piece of furniture is individually handmade may have minor variations in size, shape, and finish.

Interpretation in natural markings, grain, and figure are purposeful compositions of each unusual piece and are not considered flaws. Small holes or mild curving that develops in wood are affected by variation in temperature and humidity and may occur and vanish with time and usage. While we have taken detailed precautions to mitigate this occurrence, it is an intrinsic quality of the material itself and will not cause the durability or lifespan of the product under normal conditions.

If questions or concerns arise, please contact us immediately at inquiry@amolakh.com with details and ideally images about the problem. This will provide us with an opportunity to understand the concern and provide a solution.

We can deliver our furniture to any place in India. For overseas delivery, you need to check with us beforehand as delivery is subject to customs regulation.

Once the orders are received, they will be taken for processing. If the product is available it will be dispatched in another week or so. If the product needs to be manufactured, the manufacturing and delivery time will be as mentioned on the order confirmation letter from us. However, the actual manufacturing will start only after your confirmation and receipt of full advance payment, depending on the factory schedule and available time slot for manufacturing.

The shipping cost is dependent on the volume of the furniture and the distance of your city from Ahmedabad. The shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout.

The charges will be actual as indicated by the transporter.

We accept online payment options of net banking. Cash on delivery is not available. Every successful transaction will result in an email and SMS confirmation. If you did not get either of these, you could try the payment again. You could also contact us on mail at mail@amolakh.com

All goods are dispatched only after receipt of full payment.

Cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed.
